WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
The shipping rates varies depending on the amount of orders and total weight. It will be automatically calculated during checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do via USPS and DHL. Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. We do not pre-pay duties, customs fees, and taxes. Customers are responsible for following all of their local requirements with the applicable local agencies. For any international orders that are refused on delivery, we will process a refund for all goods once they are received by WordExcerpt less the original shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Orders are processed and shipped from our St. Petersburg, Florida or Tampa, Florida warehouse location.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We'll do our best to act on changes sent to support@wordexcerpt.com. We are unable to make changes on any orders that have already been shipped. Customers are responsible for any change of address, package intercept fees or loss of goods if an incorrect address has been entered at checkout.
HOW ARE TAXES CALCULATED ON ONLINE ORDERS?
We adhere to the tax laws of each state with online orders and will only do so if the purchaser legally resides in a state that requires the collection of taxes.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT?
If you missed out you can always write to us at support@wordexcerpt.com. There is always a chance that we may get the product you’re interested in back in stock. The best way to stay up to date on product deliveries and new arrivals is to sign up for our email newsletter and to follow us on our social media platform.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY?
We do our best to pull, pack and ship orders within 24hrs of placement for products not on Pre-Order status. In most cases orders received on weekends, holidays, and afternoon EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship to multiple addresses per order and that our shipping timelines may vary during high volume periods.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY? HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You may return an item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit.
Returned items must be in their original condition free of any stains, odors or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended that all return packages are sent with proof of delivery and insurance. Exchanges and store credit will not be issued for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
Undergarments, Apothecary, Candles, Face Mask and Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items are final and excluded from exchange or store credit.
